it seems like every day i hear about a new food that contributes to acne.
refined carbs, refined sugars, dairy, cinnamon, bananas... this means we can't eat cereal, bread, pasta, most junk food, or dairy products. not to mention the myths of greasy food and chocolate.
i'm a vegetarian, so carbs and dairy are a big part of my diet. i've cut cinnamon life cereal and cinnamon toast bagels out of my diet, and i only eat pasta like once a month now, and try to stay away from extra bread. i've read some gross things about milk lately and milk doesn't quite appeal to me right now. someone on this board said they haven't eaten refined sugars in about 9 months. how do you do it?
i don't know what my point is, but i'm just tired of worrying about what i eat since i'm already limited in what i can eat.
just wondering, do any of you avoid every food that is believed to cause acne? what DO you eat?
