I was just wondering if anyone has tried the product PURE ZONE from Loreal, and what they thought of it? I think it's new to canada, but wondered if anyone has treid it or heard anything aobut it?
~thanks.
I used the Pure Zone products for about three months. I did not see any improvement in my skin while on the products, and in fact believe that they made my skin worse. The ingredients used are pretty harsh and many believe that they are comodegenic. The products don't dry out your skin which is a plus...but i wouldn't buy this set if I were you. At $8 for each of the products (3 or 4 depending) it is expensive for something so ineffective. If i were you I would buy the Carley's wash instead which is clearing up the mess caused by Pure Zone...and is much cheaper! Good luck to you
It works at the begining. Then it made my skin very dry .Ive stopping using it .by the way, the smell of foaming cleanser is pungent. If your skin is sensitive , don't use it.
Hey Dimples. I too have used Pure Zone. I made the mistake of trying it after someone on this board mentioned how much it helped them. I tried it for about 2 months and noticed NO improvements whatsoever. In fact the wash made it feel as though this film was left on my skin and the astringent just burned. I wouldnt recommend trying this
Hi dimples,
Yeah I agree with alot of these comments. This line is very strong and can make matters worse because of it. I used it briefly then stopped due to dryness. I think there are much better things out there. Hope this helps save you some money!
i just wanted to say that i like purezone. i have kind of oily skin but not really acne-prone and i really only use the face wash. i use the lotion sometimes, but for a daily face lotion i use a different brand oil-free lotion (biore). i'm not a big fan of the "sets" that companies have out now. instead, i pick and choose a product here or a product there. no company will ever be able to make a whole set that will fix everyone's skin problems. you have to go out and try a couple out and see what works for you because everyone's skin and reactions to lotions and stuff are different. so many times it's frustrating because you feel like you'll be looking forever, but good luck finding something that works for you!!
