i heard that it's bad to use vitamins for more that 3 months. i use 50mg of zinc daily. for how long can i use it like this? do i need to make a break or something? and, is 25mg daily enough? i appreciate your answers.
If she's anything like my mum she'll have made it up to stop me from spending too much money on the pills. I'm taking about 10g of vitamin B5 daily at the moment and when I told my mum she hit the roof and told me it was a big waste of dosh. But I can see the results and I know it's not. Btw, I don't mean to suggest that your mum is as bad as mine
