I've been taking a vitamin complex called Centrium and i noticed that my acnes are getting worse, and I've also been taking the Natures Cure,
So does the vitamins really makes it get worse? Does the Nature's Cure tablets works?????????

Centrum could definitely make it worse, because it has lactose monohydrate in the ingredients. I don't know about "Centrium." It depends on the source of the nutrients as well as the added ingredients.

i'm not really positive what the ingredients are for Centrum but check to see whether or not iodine is included in the mix because if it is that could be your evil culprit. i can't answer the second question.. i've never tried nature's cure..
