LOL, EXACTLY, I can't believe as scientists that was the best they could come up with. Although considering that people think of candybars as chocolate, it made sense for them to do that study. However, the flaw is that it was never chocolate but the Sugar, Dairy and or/hydrogenated oils (depends on the recipe) that was the problem. They should have seperated PURE chocolate
and given the others the Regular Chocolate
(candybar) and another Group the Placebo
and THEN they should have noticed a difference.
Anyway, that is something that still hasn't been corrected to this date. Infact I found an article on pubmed that said that some Medical students still beleive that Chocolate is found to cause acne, even thouh it was disproven. I wonder what "chocolate" they are referring to ;-)
