I am starting my second course of Roaccutane on Thursday. I too was thinking of taking pictures, for my own benefit and for others'. What I would like to know is whether I should stop taking vitamin B5 completely while on Roaccutane and will the initial breakout I had on the B5 prevent another one from happening when I start the Roaccutane. I guess I'll find out. By the way, I'm sure other people will disagree with me but having accutane will be a positive step for you - you will finally feel like something is working for you and it will brighten up your Christmas, trust me

congrats. I suffered with my acne problem for 15 yrs before finally going on accutane. Now I wonder why I waited for so long. Just remember that accutane is a very slow process...I'm on my sixth month and although I am much improved it definitly didn't happen over night. With my mild acne, I expected it to be gone within a month! You'll have ups and downs too, some days/weeks will be great, others will be awful. Good luck.
