 Acne Fairy Tales (Also: Anyone on Alesse?)
Hello there, I'm new on these boards. I'm 16, I've had acne forever. It's currently moderate, altho there have been times when's it has been downright nasty. I've done minocycline, and that worked for a while, but the moment I went off it, everything came back with a vengence, and now mino doesn't seem to work much, so I've JUST started on Alesse (birth control pills). Is anyone here on it and have you had good results?
Also, I'm having one of those days, and I'd LOVE to hear if there is someone out there who went through bad spells with acne but has grown out of it through time and meds, and now has great skin that doesn't need makeup or constant care. Anyone wanna brag about getting through this crap? It would make my day...
