Lightbulb What is your AM and PM skincare routine?

Thought this might help some people to learn about other people's routines and the products they use.

First: How much do you like your routine? Is there anything you're looking to change?
No. I love my routine. I've been doing it for almost 2 years now, and I'm 100% clear.

1. Cleanse with Purpose Moisturizing Foaming Cleanser or Proactiv Renewing Cleanser.
2. "Moisturize" (it's all the moisture my skin needs) with Paula's Choice 1% BHA.

1. Cleanse with Purpose MFC (takes all makeup off, including eye makeup).
2. PC 2% BHA liquid solution
3. After it fully absorbs, Oil of Olay FF Regenerist Serum to the parts of my skin that I'd like "regenerated" (e.g., any red spots, scars, uneven tones, etc.).

~ MOM mask or
~ Zia Fresh Papaya Enzyme Peel or
~ Renee Rouleau Enzyme Scrub

If needed:
~ Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask spotted on any blemishes, overnight.

Please add your own! I hope this helps someone!

Purpose gentile cleanser for sensative skin
1%BHA Paula's Choice wait 15 plus mins
BP if needed
Sun Screeen

Purpose (same)
BHA wait at least 15 mins
Tazorac .05% lotion

I will stop BP when the little bumps are gone. So far I am loving the results!!!

I don't wash any of these off I just layer them after they have a chance to soke in.

-spot treat any blemishes with clean and clear persa gel bp 10%
-take Yasmin bcp, take 50 mg Spironolactone

-wash with cetaphil bar cleanser and wait 5-15 min
-use "versagel" created by my derm.- 20% BP gel

I'd also like to add - I'm on the OTC-LO BCP, and I like it a lot.

Hi neko13 sweetie,

Ok, in am:
Cleanse with Plexion wash
Apply Complex 15 prior to make up application
Out the door

wash with Dove cleansing foam(removes foundation well and smells nice, and doesn't overdry)
Apply Finacea gel
Apply Retin A micro

Skin looking fab.

Take care,

Re: What is your AM and PM skincare routine?

I just wash my face with Dove sensative skin bar soap or body wash and I am almost clear all of the time. I would just forget about adding all of those other things to your face, I know I use to do it all the time and it makes it worst I think. Just wash it wish soap and within a month or so you should start seeing results. I bought everything in the book. Now i just use Mint Julep mask once in awhile or use apricot scrub.

I love it-simple and works.

Wash face with Dove bar--unscented, sensitive skin formula. Then L'Oreal Active Daily Moisturizer (spf 15). I like this moisturizer but once I am done with this container I plan on getting something better.

I rarely do this first thing in the morning; it mainly depends on when I'm going out. Sometimes I just splash my face with water and forget about it.

Wash again with Dove bar. Put on a little bit of moisturizer then my acne medication: Differin gel mixed with a tiny dab of 5% benzoyl peroxide creme (neutrogena).

I used to use just the Differin by itself and, while it got rid of most cysts, I would still get whiteheads. When I was younger, I only got whiteheads and benzoyl peroxide would always work to get rid of those. So one day I mixed the two medications together and it has been working great.

I also take Alesse (oral contraceptive). I know others have had much different experiences, but Alesse has made such an improvement in my face.

I'll exfoliate by adding a pinch of baking soda to my normal Dove washing.

If needed:
Queen Helene's Mint Julep Masque (How many times have you heard that by now?)
Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask.

OH, and something needed everyday- Drinking lots of water. Again, others will disagree, but drinking enough water always makes my skin look better.
