where could I find espon salt or sea salt?

Yeh I'm really interested to know about this. I posted a topic a few days back asking if anyone knew any products that are made from sea water. Epson is apparently really good for the skin. I did do some research some time back and found that you could buy Epson salts on the net for really cheap and you would get a huge bag full of them. But I haven't read anywhere on here about people using them to fight acne.
Has anyone used them????? And please tell us they worked well!!!!!!

You can get epson salt at any drug store- its usually in the same iles as the foot care products. wal mart should also have it as well as most grocery stores.
normally comes in what looks like a small milk carton package.
Horsies have you used Epson salts before and if so were they effective?
I never use it to treat acne ( pimples ) but i did use a few years ago for the blackheads on my nose- You mix the epson salt with water and add a drop of idion and then u use a saturated cotton ball and soke the area for about 15 minutes- its suppose to soften and lossen them, which it does help. ( It doesnt prevent them just helps u to be able to remove them easier ).

It is Epsom Salts with an m. I use it and I think it works great to make the inflammatin go away and the pimple really quickly! You can do epsom salt compresses. Epsom salts mixed with hot water, apply to area and hold for 10 seconds...dip back in water and continue process for 5 minutes.
Epsom Salt costs like 2-3 bucks I think for a huge bag of it...You can buy it anywhere at any store...Just ask someone where it is. Where I am at, I get it at Fred Meyer and it is on the bottom shelf on the face soap isle by the cotton balls and stuff...wierd spot to have it, so you should ask someone where they put the stuff...

Hey Wicketglen, thanks for that info so it seems Epsom salts are good at fighting acne. Do you use anything else for your skin other than Epsom? Or does the Epsom completely clear you skin up? Also do Epsom salts dry your skin out? Thanks
