Post DeeDeeWith3, Q.? about the aloe vera juice...

Hi DeeDee...
I got the aloe vera juice yesterday and it tastes discusting! Can you tell me, if it is supposed to? I'm not sure, maybe I just bought an expired bottle? I would consider returning it, because it was kind of expensive. Thank you.

Hi MiamiBarbie,
yes, many people here are saying that the aloe vera has a bitter taste and then that is the right one. Well Maybe I just found this other one instead.

It is called George's 100% aloe vera. 100%aloe barbadensis miller, as it says here on this quart. It is fractionally distilled liquid from aloe vera leaves that is bitter free. IT TASTE LIKE WATER. PERIOD.

How did I stumble on it? I went into a health food store looking for help in clearing up my skin, and the girl asked me about my bowel habits. I told her they were terrible, and she told me to cleanse my colon of the toxins cause they were probably not helping my skin, or my general health. I gave it a shot and left there without anything for acne per se as I had gone in there for. Well I am not going to tell you that I woke up with clear skin, but it really does help with constipation to move things along and I think acne and constipation have a link. Mind you it's only my opinion. You can certainly do a search on the manufacturer. There is a site. I wish you the best and hope this info was helpful.

I have fruit of the earth 99.9% aloe vera juice. yes, its yellow and has a bitter taste... but over the week and a half or so that I've sued it the taste doesnt bother me at all anymore. I take about 1/8th of a cup 3 times a day. Works very well for me.

Good luck!
