Diane 35ed

i am currently on the pill diane 35-ed to treat my acne. i have been using it for 1month but havnt seen any results. has anybody else used this before and had results? if so, after how long before results were seen? my doctor has said it will take up to 3 months for improvements to be seen although i would have suspected to see at least some improvement in the condition of my skin.also does anyone take it and skip the sugar pills?which is what i have been doing. i am also currently on a water fast. has this worked for anybody? any comments, input or advice will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Re: Diane 35ed

I've been on Diane a few times (I'm allergic to it so can't be on it for more than a few months at a time...) and I see an improvement in my skin within a week. Some people it takes 6 months so hang in there. Have you noticed an improvement in the oilyness of your face yet?
As for skipping the sugar pills. You can 'skip' them, as in not take them and do nothing for the week when you're supposed to be having them or they say you can skip them and continue onto the next pack straight away (so that you don't get your period) for a up to 3 months in a row. I've been told either way is safe by my doctor
