I've been having trouble with depression for years now (I think largely due to my skin, but not entirely). I've never looked to get help for it however, and I'm wondering if I should. However, I'm afraid medication might cause me to break out, or I'd be forced to stop taking Yasmin and Spiro (even though I know that isn't the cause), and that would only serve to make me more depressed. I guess I'm just looking for opinions. Thanks.
