DOH! Been using wrong cleanser.
Well I've been on accutane about 18 weeks with less results than i hoped for. Then today I went to get more cleanser, and realized I had been buying cetaphil skin cleanser, not facial cleanser. I'm hoping that using the skin cleanser for a few months didn't cause the accutane to work less effectively. oh well, too late now i guess.

No worries. The cleanser has nothing to do with the effectiveness of accutane. Doctors usually recommend gentle skin cleansers (like Cetaphil) to combat and not contribute to the dryness caused by accutane.
