 Considering getting microdermabrasion or laser resurfacing.
Hello. I'm only 17 and I have bad acne scars on my shoulders and back. I am going to see a dermatologist on Tuesday the 17th. I am considering getting microdermabrasion or laser resurfacing (parents will pay), but, I was wondering if there was anything else I could possibly do before going to these extremes. As long as I have these scars, I don't think I will ever go swimming, much less take off my shirt in public. It's just such a terrible thing that some of us have this problem! I was also wondering which treatment any of you would recommend. Also, do you know if insurance will cover some of the costs of any of these treatments?
