Question Vitamin Question

I'm taking regular "One-A-Day" vitamins just because they were here and I figure they could possibly help the healing process of my acne wounds. Maybe give me a little more energy.

I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to take them at night, just before I go to bed. Or in the morning, after I wake up. Would my body make better use of the vitamins during sleep or does it really matter? Should I take them with food?

I can't really aswer your question about what time a day you should take your vitamins, *always* take them with food. Food will help you absorb the vitamins better and reduce the chance of an upset stomach. You may want to look into and extra vitamin C supplement and perhaps a B5 or B-complex, but talk to your primary care physician first before adding any extra supplements on top of the multi-vitamin
