 my dial regimen
i just started using dial anti-bacterial soap to wash my face.....(i used to use it yrs ago when i had no problems w/ ance and my face was CLEAR) but anyways i've been using it for about 2 weeks and i'm seeing dramatic improvement.....heres my routine:
AM:
Dial anti-bactieral pump soap
Neutrogena Multi-vitamin lotion
Using a q-tip dab cortizone cream on acne and any popped acne
PM:
Dial anti-bactieral pump soap
Neutrogena Clear Pore overnight gel
Using a q-tip dab cortizone cream on acne and any popped acne
2-3x's a week:
I just started using a hamemade scrub heres the ingredients:
1 tsp 0f honey and sugar mix together until well mixed, take some and scrub your face then rinse off....this stuff makes my face so smooth it works just like those expensive scrubs!
