Treating inflammation?
 

Whats the best way to make a spot smaller? Is Hydrocortisone cream safe to use on individual spots? and does it make them less inflammed? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

i use Anti Biotic Cream, or some TCP cream to reduce inflammation, i also use a Witch Hazel, and Tea Tree Spot Wand, on inflammed spots/parts of my face or i did when i had spots, this would greatly reduce inflammation, now i just usually use it on cuts and stuff :) works a bomb.

i use cortizone cream on imflammed pimples it works overnight like a miracle. just use a q-tip to apply. i also put cortizone on freshly popped pimples it reduces the scar ALOT and it vanishes in about 2-3 days! good luck!!;)

So why do all the leaflets in the Cortizone packets say do not use on acne?

i dont know i never read the leaflet......but i know you cannot use it for long periods of time on the skin or it will make your skin thin.....but i havent had any problems with it and i have very sensitive skin.
