I've been using it for the last 6 months and the last time I broke out was 4 months ago when I went on a weekend trip and forgot my soap at home. Other than that, I haven't had another pimple since -- not even when I'm on that time of the month. When I first started, I noticed my skin getting lighter within 3 days. This made it so that my darker acne scars were evening out with my skin. And I noticed right away that I wasn't developing any new pimples. But for the pimples that were already there, it took about 3 weeks for it to go away. I used to have small bumps on my chest also and since I've been using it as my bath soap -- all gone. I've been using it with a wash cloth in the shower. Hope this helps.
