I have a million blackheads on my nose that I cannot get rid of. I am almost 32 years old and these things are gross. I am using an acne cream.. Azelex I think.
It doesnt help them.. any advise will be greatly appreciated..
pammieb you can also use biores strips on the nose where you add water then let it dry for a couple of minutes then peel it of it does take off blackheads.
I also got a lot of blackheads on my nose. When I was at my skinspecialist (who cleans my skin very thoroughly), I asked her about it. She also cleaned my nose very well then, took about five minutes and sehe removed about twenty blackheads. A couple of days after it my nose was a bit red, but now it's very clear!
I only have a few, but I took a hot shower (if you want you can just sit over a pot of hot water for a while) to open your pores and than applied the Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque (Walgreens..or whatever drugstore for about 3 us dollars). It was stinging so badly, I had to scream, but it will take them out. Once you wash the masque off, just squeeze with a tissue or so...they will come out all by themselves. Don't forget to disinfect with something, so they don't get infected with bacteria afterwards! Good luck!
also they might not be blackheads EXACTLY.
because i have the same problem, at least i thought. but 2 of the derms i went to said i just had big pores and an over prodction of oil.
so that might be it. and i've tried queen helene's mask and it didn't work for me, but it might help you so good luck!
