Has anyone tried Guggul/Gugglesterones?

Has anyone ever heard of Gugglesterones and/or Guggul Gum Resin? Apparently a study was conducted by a dermatologist and he found that Gugglesterones reduced the amount of oil production, which helped with acne. Supposedly, it is affective as Tetrocycline.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Never tried it but heard about it 2 years ago. It works like B5 to help your body metabolize fats. It's in the Acneva product, along with other herbs that will either fight fat or dht production ;-)

Re: Has anyone tried Guggul/Gugglesterones?

I'm interested in trying this.

Some people say it's as effective as accutane and pantothenic acid. The main reason being, it slows down sebum production, which is what accutane and b5 do aswell.

It could be better to take than both accutane and b5 since they each have side effects(accutane has a ton of side effects and b5 can cause hairloss) while Gugglesterones don't have any reported side effects.

Has anyone given this stuff a try?

Yea I tried it for a few months last yr or so. it worked a little but it's kinda expensive. I 've recently started to use clean and clear dual moisturiser at night and really like it. I've been on everything by the way including accutane.
