is this healthy?

my skin is reallly dry but i want to keep putting bp on it to eliminate the few remaining pimples i have. is it bad to keep putting bp on a dry complexion if i'm going to moisturize A LOT like tomorrow (oil-free m. of course) thanks!

My view is avoid BP like the plague. It can make your skin look uneven and red for years, worse than acne...

I think its a natural process. I believe the dryness is just exfoliating your skin. I would totally avoid moisturizer well oil free moisturizer. Bad experience from it.

oil free moisterisers dont moisterise your face well at all, i suggest using a moisteriser than has some sort of glycerin or some skin soothing ingredients in it..oil free moisterises don't always work well, you shouldnt always use BP to eliminate pimples, something that contains chamomile and triclosan would probably work just aswell and wouldnt be so hars on your skin..i think salyclic acid is even stronger than BP though..so meh.

i use dove moisturizer....and it's great.

makes my skin nice and moist, and it's not oil based.
