what worked for me: completely eliminating:
cooked eggs
dairy (including dairy biproducts listed in ingredients)
all gluten, including oats. (Forgot to list this. very important)
refined sugar
hydrogenated oils
heated oils
denatured or refined foods especially grains as in most cereals
fortified foods
canned and packaged foods
most preservatives
most chemicals
luncheon meats
conventionally raised beef and chicken. I seriously limited my intake of red meat and meat products anyway. added:
lots of steamed vegetables
fresh fruit
raw nuts
raw seeds
wild salmon
sardines
fresh organic meats.
I was clear of acne within 1 month, and I was completely healed after only a few months, but I did fast, though, so it may take longer for others.
