Another B5 question

Im currently taking monocycline (sp?) prescribed by my derm, but iv'e heard a lot of good things about b5, So i want to try that because the stuff im on now isnt doing anything. Would it be safe to take both b5 and monocycline at the same time?

Also, how much b5 should i take daily? At GNC they have a bottle with 250mg pills and 500mg pills. Which one should i get (im 140lbs/male if my weight matters)

Thanks in advance!

Re: Another B5 question

I used B5 for atleast 8 months and saw nothing but slightly worse acne. Complete waste of time and money. but, i don't think that it would be a problem taking B5 with the meds u r already on. All B5 is is a vitamin.
