Fillers are not that good cos they are only very temporary - like 1 or 2 years. You need to keep going back and it's expensive.
I would recommend going to Florida and seeing the Dr who does saline injections. Do a search on these boards and you'll find info. It is relatively cheap and relatively effective and very low risk.
There are others but are either VERY expensive or high risk.
