Question B5

Is B5 acquired through prescription or is it OTC? Also if you have tried it, how was it?

Re: B5

I got mine at GNC. 100 capsules 250mg for $6.99. You can also get the 500mg for $10.99 i think. I just bought some today and am starting with 3g tomorrow. We'll see how they do, worth the price. GL to you

Re: B5

I have been taking TwinLab 500mg at 6 grams a day. PLease don't just use B5 alone. Take a Multi vitamin and B-Complex for best results. I used GNC brand but it seemed to not work on me.

Where would I obtain a multi vitamin and b-complex, at just any drug store? and it it necessary?

Go to your local grocery store, drug store, GNC, or health food store to find a multi-vitamin and B-complex. A multi-vitamin would be like a One-a-Day or Centrium. Check the labels and make sure the daily percentage per vitamin is fairly high. If the daily percentage value of the B vitamins are 100% or over you wouldn't necessarily need an extra B-complex. If you still want a B-complex you should just pick one you like best (buy small bottles and try them. I used to use the Schiff B-complex but i'm overly sensitive to the smell and taste). If you don't want to take so many pills, do a search like grracne said for Evolution-X which has a good combination of all the B's. If you choose that I would suggest you still get a good multi-vitamin as well as you want to keep a good balance of all your vitamins, not just the B's.
