major breakout

about a week ago my skin has been breaking out horribly...the weather isn't any colder than usual, so that can't be it, i stopped using l'oreal pure zone which was making my skin worse about 5 days ago but my skin keeps on getting worse!!! it's red, flaky (event though i use moisturizer) and very bumpy. right now, i'm washing my face w/ cetaphil and applying 5% bp. does anyone have any advice??????
