Pimple below skin's surface??

I have this annoying pimple that formed last night on my chin. It's one of those that starts below the skin's surface. It's painful to the touch. What can I do to get rid of this thing ASAP?

If it's possible for you, go to a dermatologist and get a cortisone injection. I always get these done for pimples under the skin. They usually make them non-existent within 24-48 hours for me.

About how much would this cost?

I've seen posts from others on this board that it costs anywhere from $75 to $100. My insurance covers it so I pay $5 per visit. Like I've said on another post before, I'd pay anything to get this done. It hurts but it's well worth it in the end.

I try to get to the pimple early. I wash my face twice a day with cetaphil and put 2.5% bp on twice a day after the wash. The pimple usually goes away in a day or so
