My 2 cents:
1. First, stop picking your face. When you pick your face, you're interrupting and sabotaging your body from healing the wound. Let your body repair itself. Hands off!
2. Secondly, have a good skin regimen that's suitable for your skin. Add a GENTLE exfoliation routine, unless you already have one. I suggest adding a little baking soda to your cleanser. Do this during one of your facial cleanings, i.e. ONCE A DAY.
3. Thirdly, eat well and drink plenty of water.
4. Last but not least, get plenty of sleep. As you know, your body does most of its repairs during its sleep. There is truth to the expression "Beauty Rest."
