i have these lil bumps on my forehead, sometimes i get a few red spots but moslty lil bumps that are the same color as my skin,i believe their called comdones, they are really annoyin cuz they wont seem to go away, does n e one know of any over the counter products to cure these lil bumps... thanx
Hehe, yeah I use the Neutrogena Anti-Wrinkle and Blemish cream, it works really well, and also I r out heard that those are also known as sugar pimples...I took sugar out of my diet and been using the cream and they have been dissapearing I also sometimes use proactiv repairing cream (benzyoil peroxide) so an over the counter 2.5% Bp should help also.
Hey for me (if thats who you were asking) went away almost immediatly, I know they say that pimples take 30 days to create, but once I cut out the sugar all my pimples went away, I was fully clear for 2 months, until I had a bindge eating, I ate at a buffet and had tons of dessert! and ate pretty crappy for about a week...then! I got these two lovely huge nodules! So Im thinking it was either all the junk food I ate all of a sudden, or the lack of water I was drinking-I got hooked on Diet Vanilla Coke! But other then that the rest of my pimples are still gone. Hope this helped!
