Are you using alcohol to get rid of the oil?
If so, you ought to try glycolic acid instead, not only does it break down oil on surface of skin but unglues all those dead skin cells that just sit and mix with the oil to produce pimples
I use a brand (well, have used for years) called Alpha Hydrox, AHA Enhanced Cream. You can find it in any drug store Duane Reade etc its in red packaging and is only $8.
BTW: Alcohol will just dry you skin and then your skin will kick up oil production to counteract the dryness and you'll end up with skin that is both greasy to the touch, but taut to the feel.
