a tip on diet
i recently had the worst breakout of my entire life. i figured out the cause and it was my diet. it wasn't what i ate on my diet but how much i ate on my diet. i lift weights and i recently moved from my 2500 calorie diet to a 3500-4000 calorie diet. within a couple of weeks i had the worst breakout i've ever had. i stopped the diet and went back to about 2000-2500 calories a day two days ago. already the new acne has stopped and the old ance is clearing up. i did some research and it turns out then when you make a big jump in calories like that your body uses the extra calories in a highly anabolic process throwing your hormones out of wack. just a tip to all you weight lifters and body builders. cheers.
