I really like my Proactiv Refining Mask, and it's main active ingredient is sulfur. It's by far the best face mask I've ever used. I use it to spot treat too and it makes a big difference in active pimples, within just minutes sometimes I notice the inflammation and redness go down considerably. I'd definitely be willing to try more products that contain sulfur, if I knew of any!

I have had acne since my late teens and I have been on almost everything ove the counter and thru presciption. I went to an esthetician and she used a lot of products that contain clays to help control oil, sulfer, oxygen, and glocolic acid to help treat blemishes. It really work well for me. I think the combination is what worked not just one or another by itself. I do use a mask that you can get over the counter that conatins both clays and sulfer and it works great. Not to mention it is inexpesive(about 3-5 dollars). It is called MINT JULEP by Queen Helene. I use the mask about 3 times a week and occassionally on blemishes over night. USe a towel to gently remove the mask with warm water.
