I had a few pimples pop up last month near the corner of my mouth... a month later, I cannot get the scabs to heal and they (the scabs) seem to be getting bigger

I recently started using the Neutrogena Multi Vitamin lotion and it is really working well to clear up my face but I don't think it's meant to heal. I don't know what to use but it's really awful-looking and I am self concious of it, I feel like people look at it like a GINORMOUS herpes outbreak or something! I'm afraid to put Neosporin type products on it for fear it might break me out worse.

Any ideas? It seems as I get older pimples heal slower but this is just ridiculous.....

I just recently got razor burns around my mouth and mustache. I just put a thick layer of Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera and it helps it heal quickly. You can find this stuff at Walmart for like $4.

put on some 100% tamanu oil. It has been helping heal my blemishes in a flash. It is an organic antibiotic and antiinflammatory and has been used for centuries as a treatment to promote healing of cuts and wounds. Also, it does not cause new breakouts.

I got my tamanu oil at a natural food/vitamen store. They sell all kinds of organic items. You can also buy it online but if you are in a hurry, a health food/organic store is probably your best bet. If you have a grocery store with a big organic section (like I do) they might have it there too, in the skin care section.
