What does everyone do here to get over the stress of seeing your face everyday and going out knowing you have acne, cause everyone says "don't stress" but how can you not stress over something you see and dont like everyday. Im starting college next week and im stressed about the way I look and the fact that it is the first day of a new school and I know no one.
I just want to hear actual suggustions on lowering stress instead of just hearing "don't stress". I dont have any real friends either I can hang out with, so I cant even do that. It just sucks that Im 17 going to be 18 on the 30th and I dont have any good friends, I cant drive, and I have no job, its not the best life in the world. Any good suggestions would be appreciated.

One piece of advice - don't look in the mirror more than you have to. So many times I've been feeling really good about myself and happy and I'm on my way somewhere and then I look in the mirror and then I think "OMG" and it suddenly depresses me.

True, there are many times I look in the mirror now and say "Wow I have really look clear" but I know many times even in the recent past where this has not been the case.
