It was funny-the other day my husband and I were watching the "remaking of Vince Neil" and they were showing his face lift procedure and he was making comments on his own face. He talked about the cheeks "falling downward" on the face and new lines showing up around the mouth, immediately my husband and I BOTH touched our cheeks. It was so funny, we laughed for some time, we are only 27 and I was just told I look 18 when I was in the hospital. Then, a few weeks back, I was in the car and just pulled my skin back from my face ever so lightly and was like, wow, what a difference! I told my husband it was all his fault b/c of all the times he would pinch my cheeks

So,I am nearing 30, my real biggest acne issues are blackheads and the acne no one can see except me;skin colored bumps, but when you squeeze them a lot of crap (white) comes out. I usually don't really get visible acne unless I poke too much and irritate a spot that previously had nothing really there. I do get the occassional red zit that may or may not get a white head. I am using a treatment for adult acne cysts, which I had bad for two years, but are now gone; I still use the medication.
SO, I am thinking if trying some new products, but I am not too sure about them. One is the new Biore line out for acne (I really just want to banish the blackheads) and maybe the Neutrogena or other drug store brand microdermabrasion kits. I think there may even just be a good cream that can tighten up the skin a bit-but I don't know if I should even waste the time on these products. Creams scare me b/c I have such oily skin, I don't want to cake it on at night. Is it Nivea firming lotion that is good????
Well, I welcome any advice and suggestions, personal stories of success and failure. I am not really trying to look younger, just want to take care of my skin a bit better as I age.
