| Sea Water!
After I've been in sea water, my skin looks much better for the rest of the day. I have noticed this for many many years.
I have tended to find that it overall is not beneficial to acne cos it tends to cause a large bump to appear about 4 days later around my chin. This could just be me but I have repeatedly noticed this.
I've read that salt water is good for acne cos it slows down bacterial reproduction. I'm thinking of keeping a supply of salt water at home and applying it before I go to work!
Has anyone tried it or have any thoughts?
