I get pimples alot even though I wash my face 2x a day (I'm almost 30). The other day I used a toner after I washed and realized that a lot of my makeup was not removed from my soap I just used! Is there any soap or cleansing products for the face that make your face "cleaner" than regular bar soap and remove makeup? If not I am going to start using the toner daily because who knows, this may be why I keep breaking out.
The absolute best make-up remover is Clinique Rinse-Off Foaming Cleanser. It removes every last speck of make-up. I use it at night, then follow with Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. It's about $16 for a bottle, but you just need a tiny pea size dab, so one tube lasts me about 4 months. This is the only thing I've ever used that actually works.
I think puprose does an excellent job of removing makeup (and by the way...Clean and Clear Senstitive Skin Foaming Face Cleanser has the exact same ingredients, every single one is the same and both are by johnson and johnson but purpose is more expensive)
