i take one with DMAE and N-Acetyl Cysteine every night before i go to bed....it seems to be working to keep down redness.

I take orals every day for 2 1/2 months.....Might be helping a little but i still get acne

just redness really...the acne might heal a bit faster after it's gone through it's cycle but i don't see a noticeable difference in bumps
