Hey I have both indentations and red marks Im using mederma right now and its doing good wit red marks but nothing with indentations so I think if you have those you need to get microdermibrasions or something to that degree
freaking forever....lol seriously if you just let them fade and dont use a cream mine take months before they actually just dim and another couple months just to go away its harsh cause everyone thinks their acne when their scars its so retarded
I use mederma right now, and it helps a lil I guess, I also used Mario banduchi (sp?) healing cream which didnt help worth poop, and cost a fortune. But I havent dont the exfoliating yet, just dont ever time, but ya I would definaly give exfoliating a try, or cream everyday and itll help and wow if you have stretch marks (more for the girls) Then get mederma it helps so much, I just had let people know, you put that stuff on 3 times a day and wow you barely notice them in a month or two its awesome!
Exfoliation will surely help fade red marks faster. Or use a cleanser/cream with glycolic acid. But regular exfoliation won't help indents much. You need a microdermabrasion product like Epidermx. I've been using it with Silkia camellia oil for my moderate indents with great success. The indents are not 100% gone, but considerably better (about 70%) after 7 months.
What about aloe vera, do you guys think this will help. I'm planning to start using this and hopefully after a couple of peels and the aloe vera my skin will look a little better.
Is mostly red mark that are fading but would like them to go away a little faster.
