I have moderate acne. My skin is in the phase now where I do get pimples now and then but not too much.
The real problem is that when I feel my cheeks I can feel dozens of small pimple under the surface. They don't really show too much but feel horrible!
I was wondering how to take care of the problem. Should I try a facial with extractions? A glycolic peel? Some sort of deep exfoliation? Isn't there a higher strength of salicylic acid I can use?I have been using clear pore,Neutrogena salicylic acid everynight for months but they are still there!
Is it a lost cause? Will they go away eventually? I try to squeeze them but they turn into pimples.
