It really depends on you. How long have you been on the anti-depressants and how depressed are you? The only thing you would have to check is to see if you could take them both at the same time. As for Accutane causing depression, it’s hit or miss. Some people say it does and others (most) say it has no effect. If the acne is a large reason why you are depressed, it might be something you should do.
