hey man, i feel you. i acne real bad on my chest and back also. I took antibiotics such as doxycycline and tetracycline for a little over a year and it did nothing for my chest or back. today i got on accutane but i've only taken one pill so i can't tell you anything so far. but as far as my experience with antibiotics....they're not worth the money. If i were you i'd get on accutane if you aren't scared of the side effects, which in my opinion won't hurt you unless your family has a history of those certain things or you dont have a good immune system. and people also say how your acne comes back worse after accutane, which i believe can be solved by eating a little healthier and drinking more water...peace
