3 day apple fast with enemas
Did somebody try the 3 day fast with the enemas at the end of each day????

I have all the info on this I will sadly say that I try it and this is how I developed my worse breakout ever DO NOT TRY THIS. I think it did release toxins but they came out through my face ACNE- I will never fast again is much better just to control what you eat when you fast you release toxins if youre acne prone then you have a problem.

maybe at first you breakout becuase the toxins are released but after does it get better????

Well is suppose to be a 3 day fast and youre clear which will never happen but I did some research and talked with a few people two told me that after fasting for 12 day there acne clear the first week it was bad they broke out but in the last couple of days their acne completely cleared. I won't try that cause is too dangerous but they also said that adjusting your eating habits would help.
