naturopath and acne...
Has anyone had any success seeing a naturopath regarding their acne? Has anything helped? I hear certain supplements such as B Complex, Zinc and Saw Palmetto can help with acne. Has anyone had any success? My main problem is chest acne YUCK!

the governments hidden secret. i swear they are. i watched a whole presentation on botanicals once when some nerd came and talked to my class about his job. it was very informative. theres even plants that can help with depression, basically anything. i say try them way better then doctors i swear.
