Question Accutane for Women???
For all the girl Accutane users out there, whats the process of being prescribed accutane? I know you have to get a blood and pregnancy test about a month before hand or something. So if I go to the dermatologist next month, I would be able to start the proceeding month?

Do you really have to start Accutane the first few days of your period??

I got a blood test and had to take a pregnancy test on my first visit. As soon as I got the results back from both, my derm gave me a prescription for accutane. Took about 2 days.

I never heard about having to start accutane after the first few days of your period.
