Two different questions dealing with body acne and exfoliators

Ok, first of all:

1. I have acne on my chest. Pretty moderate. I've heard that Epsom salt and Head and Shoulders shampoo can also fade it out. I took a bath in Epsom salt today as a couple people reccomended, but it hasn't done much. Should I try the Head and Shoulders anti-Dandruff shampoo? It supposedly really helps body acne, but I just don't know how to tell my mom some random people on a message board reccomends that I put shampoo on my chest. Any advice is welcome.

2. My face is about 95% clear, but it's full of red marks. Someone told me that I should use something to exfoliate and that'll make the red marks go away. However, I don't even know what exfoliate means, and I wouldn't know how to do it anyways. Today, while looking for some stuff, I found some of my mom's exfoliator thing. It's L'Brie all natural facial exfoliator or something. Without thinking, I used it. My skin feels really soft and it does look a bit better. Will this actually fade my red marks, or is it only a temporary solution?

Thanks for any advice.

Try clearasil dual action acne fighting moisturizer. It will not cause dryness and has the right ph for optimal exvoliation.

Could any anti dandruff shampoo work (like Neutrogena) or does it have to be head and shoulders?

Please don't hijack my topic. It gets annoying and it's not difficult to create your own.

If anyone has any answers, please post.

I thought my question fell under the same topic...sorry.

You really do not need to be so rude....I think we are all in the same position and are just trying to help one another. For your benefit, I will create new thread.

PS: Bad Day?

Why don't you just tell your mom that you have dandruff??? Then she can buy the shampoo for you. Is that considerate?
