I haven't seen one of these on the board yet, so I figured I'd post it for people who were skeptics like I still am. I'm really not sure if this is going to work, but just read below as I have some background info about the regimine.
I know what you're thinking.
HEAD AND SHOULDERS? Why is this on the acne board?
Well, if you haven't noticed yet, the shampoo, "Head and Shoulders" is becoming quite popular to cure acne, especially on the chest or back. You may think it's just another shampoo that might clog pores, but supposedly the zinc in it is really suppposed to help your skin.
Anyways, I went and bought it tonight. Only $7 for a large bottle.
So, tonight was my first night. I have moderate, maybe even what you'd consider THICK acne on my chest. Little no to no acne on my back. I'm a male by the way, 16 years of age.
I figured I should lather it on a washrag first, but then when it didn't seem to cover my chest or it just dripped down. So I put more in my hands and just rubbed them together--and put it on my chest. My chest already feels really smooth. I mean REALLY soft, REALLY smooth. My zits are no longer really a blatant red, but now they're more of a pink.
Day two coming tomarrow!

Well I was snowmobiling all day today, here's day two and three:
No real improvements. The slightly pinker acne on day one must have just been an illusion. Can't really notice anything other than a slightly redder skin color. I washed with it twice this day.
No improvements at all. There was a slight tingling sensation--well actually, almost stinging. I had to wash it off after like 20 seconds because it hurt so bad. I'm not discouraged yet, many have said it takes 2 weeks.
Dude, I don't come on this board much anymore, just come back sometimes to have a quick look, but seriously, I wouldn't put yourself through this and mess your skin up in the process. If you could cure acne well like this, then everyone would be doing it. Fact is, it will aggravate your skin and little else.
