dried blood??
Ok, i have been trying to not pick at my skin and popping zits for awhile now.
THen when i woke up this morning, i had this dried blood drip...kinda like a scab but not quite...it looks like its alittle deeper into the skin.
I figured a zit popped by itself sometime during my sleep.
I know i probably should pick at it, so is there anything to make it go away?
I was thinking maybe cleansers with micro scrubbers or tiny beads....?

Yea, try not to pick your scabs as it will take longer to heal. Yea a warm steam bath should loosen it up and a cleanser should take it off.

hey girl ! it is a subconicous thing if you pick in your sleep. get some big soft cotton gloves and wash them every nite and wear them to bed. you are unintentionally undermining all your efforts of good skin good luck
