Wink Liver Cleanse

I know this has been discussed before. I just wanted to know if anyone has had positive results with any liver cleanse procedure. I have almost rid of my acne I just need a way to make sure that it doesnt come back with a vengeance. Thanks!

Re: Liver Cleanse

I'm going to do it in the spring because that is when the body is naturally prepared to be cleansed. I'm heard of wonderful results with it but right now I'm just trying to regulate my hormones.

I'm taking EFA's which make prostaglandins which regulate hormone levels. With it I take all the important vitamins and COCONUT OIL <---very important. I'm a little scared though because during intercourse I'm not as hard as I used to be unless I'm really excited. But I'm sure that it's working . Let's see how it turns out in a couple more weeks!

Re: Liver Cleanse

Coconut oil is mostly because it keeps the EFAs from going rancid in your body. Essential fatty acids are very sensitive to heat and sunlight and easily go rancid without protection and become harmful. Coconut oil protects them.

If you cleanse you body I've heard of cases where people are s h iting out worms and they feces come out witha layer of mucus from all the mucus buildup. It really is incrideble what we have built up the last 20 years or so.
