I don't know if it's because of all the sugar but last thursday I ate some kripsy kreme glazed doughnuts and am breaking out. I was having wonderful success as of lately with my face almost 100% cleard until I started noticing today that I have new pimples comming out. I LOVE Krispy Kreme glazed dougnuts but I would completely acoid from now on until I have my acne under complete control. If any of you have noticed this to let us know.
It would be interesting to know the exact percentage ratio of food content to artificial substances contained in a Krispy Kreme, probably somewhere along the lines of 0.1% to 99.9%.
This might explain why you are (unsurprisingly) breaking out. Our bodies are made up of natural organs that should only process natural substances, anything man-made and un-natural is likely to upset the complicated metabolism within the body.
If you are acne-prone, one of the main triggers are un-natural foodstuffs so look after your body as best you can. Treating yourself once in a while is fine but try and keep it that way until your body is able to handle foreign substances.
Those things are poison. Do yourself a favor and ban them from your life.
Everything in it is refined and deep fried, it's pure garbage with sugar coating.
OHH NOOOO! On my way home from school today, I passed Krispy Kreme. I haven't had it in soo long and I just couldn't resist!. I wish I never made that damn U-Turn. Damn glazed creme filled donuts.
my derm says there is no connection between your diet and acne. I ate so healthy for years cause i was taught suger and chocolate cause acne, and it didnt help at all. Then i got a derm who told me the truth.

I cannot believe they are selling these things in schools now. That is terrible. And everyone wonders why this nation has a weight and cancer epidemic.
Yea my school sells em too. One of my friends has like 3 every day at lunch and his skin is perfect! Oh well he'll probably die at like age 25 or sumtin.

I got about 3 pimples.
1 on my right cheek popped yesterday morning.
1 on my left cheek has gone down I don;t know when it'll pop.
1 between my eyebrows is turning into a whitehead.
It's funny because I had 2 on Thursday and 1 on Friday. Looks like I brokeout a pimple for every doughnut.lol. They're leaving though and my skin is looking a little like normal again.
